The album was recorded in late 2014 in Chicago and features a slew of artists, including J Cole, Zeds Dead, Lil Wayne, Dababies, and others.
The song “Hate It” is a reference to an interview Santana did in the summer of 2016 with the Atlantic, where he said that he hated working with Drake and Kanye West.
He also mentioned that he’d rather work with Drake now than in 2015.
