New Scientist has published an exclusive cover story about BTS’s upcoming album cover.
The cover, which will be released on December 16, will be a remix of the iconic album cover for their debut album, Welcome to the Jungle.
It features a stylised BTS logo over the title of the track, a white line with the word ‘BTS’ printed on it, a yellow circle with the BTS emblem in it, and the word BTS stamped on it.

The song, entitled Welcome to Jungle, was produced by Japanese producer Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, and is being co-produced by the band’s BTS producer Shin Hyung-in, who worked on the B2ST song, “Gangnam Style”.
The track is titled in the style of “Jungle Fever”, which has become BTS lore.
“Welcome to Jungle” is a BTS collaboration with Matsuka.
In the track’s lyrics, the singer sings, “We’re the best, but we’re the worst, the best of us all.”

It is also available on BTS-produced remixes of other artists, including “Gentleman”, by Japanese artist Yuka Ishikawa, and “Luv Me” by Korean artist Seung-gyun.
